How much is the sample cost?
We will charge a sample fee depending on your design. This investment will be refund once you place order.
How long can you send the sample?
Samples lead time: about 7-10 days.
Can I have a fully customized sample?
Yes, definitely. We offer customized colors, sizes, logos.
Do you always have new design models?
Yes, we have our R&D and Design Department for new creative designs, with more than 500 items.
How can you prove the products are sustainable?
Offering certificates like GRS, GOTS, test reports and more. The order and material can be tracked officially.

What payment terms are available?
100% L/C at sight, TT: 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
Which is the MOQ?
MOQ is 1000pcs / color / style.
How many bags can you make per month?
Currently 200,000 pieces per month.
Can I have my own inspectors?
Yes, they are welcomed!
How long for ordered production?
Depends on your order details. Generally 30/45 days to deliver.
Shipping methods?
By air takes 7 days, by sea takes 35 days.
Deliveries?
We can help you arrange EXW, FOB shipping.
Packaging?
1 piece per poly bag, proper quantity per export carton. Customized packages acceptable.

Do you make testings?
Yes! We have a laboratory with tensile tester, salt spray test machine, color assessment cabinet, color fastness tester.
Quality warranty?
We can arrange our own QC department and third party inspectors to assure quality control.
Delivery time warranty?
Everything scheduled in advance. We will notify you 15 days before delivery, and offer faster shipping if delayed.
